29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation: a) Production/Dough Room: Training provided to authorized employees that cleaned equipment, such as, but not limited to, Line D FC & Churro Depositor, did not include review of the written energy control procedures that identified the methods and means to isolate and control the relevant energy sources, on or about 5/13/18. b) Production/Dough Room: A sanitation employee that cleaned equipment, such as, but not limited to, the FC & Churro Depositor, did not receive training in the recognition of the applicable hazardous energy sources for the machine, the magnitude or the energy in the machine and the methods and means to isolate the machine, on or about 5/13/18. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
