OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing, or likely to cause death, or serious physical harm to employees that were exposed to struck-by hazards while operating a wheel loader. (a) On or about May 10, 2018, an employee was operating an articulating Forway WL25 Wheeled Loader with a grapple arm to transport logs when the vehicle rolled over. The employee was ejected from the vehicle and was pinned underneath the rollover protection cage and the ground.
