29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): Fork-lifts were used to support scaffold platforms where the entire platform was not attached to the fork: (a) 3005 MERIDIAN COMMONS, MECHANICSBURG, PA - Employees used the fabricated work platform that was attached to the forks of a Pettibone 8044 rough terrain forklift as a fork platform at a height of approximately 27 feet, and the platform was not secured to the forks in any way, which thereby exposed the employees to fall hazards of 27 feet to the ground below. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
