29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents. On 5/4/2018, employees of Roofs by Antonio LLC were working on a roof of a residential building located at 2108 Lee Ridge Drive, O'Fallon MO. Eye protection was not used by employees involved with using pneumatic nail guns during roofing operations. Roofs by Antonio, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1290720, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/8/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 7933 Croce Circle, Denver, Colorado.
