29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) Hotel Floors 26 through 28 On or about April 30 - May 1, 2018, he employer failed to conduct frequent and regular inspections that would have identified the lack of fire fighting equipment necessary for each employees were working, exits signs, laser warning signs, damage extension cords , uncovered floor holes and damaged step ladders.
