29 CFR 1926.501(a)(2): The employer did not determine if the working/walking surfaces on which its employees were to work had the strength and structural integrity to support the employees safely. On or about May 4, 2018, the employer did not determine the structural integrity of a walking/working surface used by an employee to access an elevator shaft. This exposed the employee to a fall greater than six (6) feet to a level below.
