OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: This violation was observed on or about May 2, 2018, where access to the area between rolls of paper as they move on the conveyor was controlled by an automatic system allowing several rolls to move exposing employees to hazards associated with being crushed by rolls of paper.
