29 CFR 1926.962(c): Temporary protective grounds were not placed at such locations and arranged in such a manner that the employer can demonstrate will prevent each employee from being exposed to hazardous differences in electric potential: a. On or about April 29, 2018, at a 230 kV transmission power line, the employer allowed three employees to work on the powerline without proper grounding, thereby exposing these employees to electrical shock and burn injuries.
