OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a hazard of being struck-by a jockey truck and or over the road tractors: A)Yard Area, on or about April 25, 2018, employees walk/work in the Yard Area at night where over the road (OTR) vehicles and powered industrial trucks (PIT) are regularly moving around, exposing employees to a hazard of being struck by the OTR vehicles and or PITs.
