29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: Location - 262 Primrose St. Haverhill, MA - Pasta Forming Line 1 On or about April 12, 2018, energy control procedures to protect from unexpected start up and amputation hazards while performing set up, cleaning, and servicing of the PTG model FA 630 pasta forming machine were not developed or utilized. Joseph's Gourmet Pasta Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(d)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1185895, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 14, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 113 Hale Street, Haverhill, MA.
