29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about April 16, 2018, at the jobsite located at 5888 Quail West Residential Community Naples, FL 34119, employees were exposed to an approximate 12-feet fall hazard, while working on top of a concrete wall removing cap formers without the use of fall protection.
