29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about April 26, 2018, at Lots 92-95, 5710-5740 Dalton Ridge, Suwanee, Georgia: Two employees performing framing work were exposed to struck-by hazards from falling tools and plywood of the employees working above them when they worked beneath those employees without wearing hard hats.
