29 CFR 1910.178(n)(1): Traffic regulations including authorized plant speed limits were not observed: On or about April 20, 2018, in the Live Receiving back dock area, employee operating Toyota forklift, s/n 10781, Model 8FD35U, traveled in excess of the authorized plant walking speed limit while transporting an elevated empty chicken cage. Employees were exposed to struck and crush-by hazards.
