29 CFR 1926.300(b)(2): Moving part(s) of equipment exposed to contact by employees or which otherwise created a hazard, were not guarded: A. On or about 04/24/18, on the level 3 BA Concourse B at La Guardia Airport, Flushing, NY Employee left pointer finger was pulled into an unguarded RIDGID groove machine. The employee was grooving a 4" cast pipe. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED.
