29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii) 1) 13th Street Bridge and Front Avenue: On or about April 11, 2018, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, while working approximately 54 1/2 feet high on a scaffold system where the platforms were not fully planked on all levels. 2) 13th Street Bridge: On or about April 11, 2018, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, while working approximately 9 buck high on a scaffold system where the platforms were not fully planked on all levels.
