Test voltages and/or the maximum intervals between tests were not conducted in accordance with Table I-4 and Table I-5. Riverside Park Enterprises, Inc.; dba Six Flags New England, 1623 Main St., Agawam, Massachusetts; On and before April 11, 2018, electrically rated gloves used by the electricians were not retested or replaced at the 6 month interval required in Table 1.
