OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees while operating chain saws with one hand: On or about April 10, 2018, in front of 3415 Laurel Greens Lane, Naples, Florida, an employee was exposed to cutting and kick-back hazards when trimming the fronds of a queen palm with a chain saw while operating that saw with one hand.
