29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i)(C): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by a personal fall protection systems, such as personal fall arrest, travel restraint, or positioning systems: On or about April 10, 2018, at an apartment complex located at 2413 E. 55th Place in Tulsa, OK, employees were allowed to work on the roof cleaning and removing debris from guttering without fall protection, exposing the employees to the hazard of falls.
