29 CFR 1910.107(b)(1): The spray booth was not substantially constructed of steel, securely and rigidly supported, or of concrete or masonry: (a) Powder Coating Operation - The two spray booths used for the powder coating operation were not constructed of steel or concrete, on or about April 11, 2018. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
