29 CFR 1910.178(l)(2)(i)(B): PIT Operator trainees performed training operations where such operation endangered the trainee or other employees: On or about 04/06/2018, Amazon Sort Center, located at 462 Hazelwood Logistic Center Drive, Hazelwood, MO, had an incident which fractured the PIT trainees leg during the operator training. The trainees leg was pinned between the PIT and the rigid metal guardrail in the PIT training corral.
