OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that the employees were exposed to fall hazards: a. 580 Port Carteret Drive, Carteret, NJ - Freezer Employees engaged in merchandise picking activities used a Crown, 5700 Series, Sideshifter Reach Trucks, which included, but was not limited to truck Serial Number 1A481315, to elevate themselves while standing on the forks, to adjust pallets on the racking system. The employer failed to provide means of fall protection for this activity. Violation occurred on or about April 10, 2018
