29 CFR 1910.119(c)(1): The employer did not develop a written plan of action regarding the implementation of the employee participation required by this paragraph. (a) Sugar City: On or about April 2, 2018 and at times prior, the potato processing facility uses approximately 14765 lbs. of ammonia to freeze potatoes. Employees have not been involved in the development and implementation of process safety management of the ammonia refrigeration system. Note: Abatement certification and documentation is required for this item.
