29 CFR 1910.244(a)(2)(iii): Loads were not cribbed, blocked or otherwise secured immediately after being raised with a jack: On or about April 03, 2018 at a worksite located at 60 Ness County Road, off of Highway 283 Ness City Kansas: An employee using an Auto Craft 6-Ton Ratcheting Jack Stand for the purpose of automotive repair and maintenance activities on the CR 350 Broce Broom 464, serial number 408997, was exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards in that the vehicle was not cribbed, blocked, or secured on a dirt/grass surface of the county road to provide a firm foundation after jacking up the front side of the CR 350 Broce Broom 464 using the Auto Craft 6-Ton Ratcheting jack stand. 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1) requires certification and documentation that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
