29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice: a) On or about 4/6/2018, Employees in "C" building were walking in areas that still contained slip, trip, and fall hazards from saw dust and boards laying on the floor from previous days work. b) On or about 4/6/2018, Employees clearing jams on 2073 shaker outside of building "C" would have snow, ice and saw dust to walk through. c) On or about 4/6/2018, Employees working in HMC saw #2008 and conveyor areas would have had slip, trip, and fall hazards created by saw dust and wood scrap on the floor.
