29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a. An employee installing sheathing is not being protected from falling up to 31 feet by the use of a fall protection system. The employer fails to assure effective protection against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on March 28, 2018, when an employee installing sheathing at 1110 S Central Ave, Flagler Beach, FL 32136, are being exposed up to a 31 feet fall hazard above the ground in that they did not have a fall protection system installed.
