29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: A) South side of building, on or about March 29, 2018, employees who were working from a two tier scaffold and around the bottom of a scaffold were not wearing a hard hat, exposing the employees to a head injury.
