29 CFR 1926.153(o): When damage to LP-Gas systems from vehicular traffic was a possibility, precautions against such damage were not taken: a) Northeast corner of building, on or about 3-23-18: Construction vehicles and motor vehicles were being operated immediately adjacent to a 100 gallon Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) tank that was not protected against accidental contact from vehicular traffic.
