29 CFR 1926.502(d)(11): Lifelines were not protected against being cut or abraded: On or about March 14, 2018, at a substation enhancement location near Missouri and Frisco in Thomas, OK, an employee was allowed to work within the barricades of a foundation digging operation with his lanyard extending across the hole while it was being dug by a dedicated drilling machine, exposing the employee to fall hazards.
