29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Production Floor, on or about 3/13/18: Neither lockout procedures in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i) nor other effective alternative measures pursuant to 29 CFR 1910.147(a)(2)(ii) were utilized when performing chip clearing and oil nozzle adjustments on including, but not limited to Wickman screw machine, Model 1 3/4-6, Serial #15714, Machine #LW02, along with 44 other Wickman screw machines. Abatement documentation must be submitted for this item.
