29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. On 2/12/18, at the Pembroke Park subdivision job site located in McDonough, Georgia, at lots #336, 352, 357, 358 and 359, the employer did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job site so as to identify and eliminate safety and health hazards including but not limited to residential construction fall hazards. D.R. Horton, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1245238, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/24/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 119 Casa Bella Blvd., Lot 65 - Enclave, Deland, FL 32724. D.R. Horton, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 992933, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/1/2014, with respect to a workplace located at Arbors Of Grayson, 537 Gadwall Drive Grayson, GA 30017 .
