29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): Nameplates or markings for powered industrial trucks were not maintained in a legible condition: The employer is failing to protect employees from struck-by hazards associated with operating powered industrial trucks without legible data plates. This was most recently documented during the inspection of the facility located at 1204 Jones St. Omaha, NE, where the employer has employees operating three Crown electric pallet jacks as means of moving pallets of product throughout the facility without legible data plate as means of referencing the equipment's lifting capabilities to prevent overloading the equipment.
