29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: On or about March 16, 2018, during the installation of structural steel and cross bracing at a new addition to a school located at 11731 Mt. Overlook, Cleveland, Ohio 44120, the employer did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the job site where employees were exposed to fall hazards from working surfaces of varying heights approximately 14 to 21.8 feet.
