29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: The employer is failing to conduct at least periodic inspections of their energy control procedures which exposes authorized employees performing maintenance work to energy hazards (i.e., electrical, hydraulic, etc.). This was most recently documented on or about 03/09/2018, CABKA North America Inc., located at 123 Byassee Drive, Hazelwood, MO, lacked an at least annual periodic inspection of their energy control program procedures.
