29 CFR 1926.502(f)(1)(iii): Points of access, materials handling areas, storage areas, and hoisting areas shall be connected to the work area by an access path formed by two warning lines. (A) On March 3, 2018, located at the interior north end of a commercial hangar, employees were performing roofing work on a low slope roof that were exposed to fall hazards of 12 feet to the ground below in that a warning line path was not erected to connect the point of access to the work area.
