OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards of being struck-by moving vehicles which are causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: On or about February 26, 2018, and at times prior thereto; in the yard/trailers parking dock doors, employees were exposed to being struck-by moving/backing truck tractor trailers .
