29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice: a. On or about February 28, 2018, located between the Mandrel Hose "Geese" Curing and the men's lockers & shower room, there was a spill from a container of TM-4451 Mandrel Release that had spread across the floor resulting in a slippery surface for employees to walk, thereby exposing the employee to a slip, trip and fall hazard.
