29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) On and before 02/28/2018, at Verizon locations, for the landscapers and cleaners that have to bring water in their truck to mix chemicals and working around/with Green Earth Ready-to-Use Restroom Cleaner, NAD-75, AX-It Baseboard Stripper containing corrosive chemicals such as, but not limited to, citric acid, sodium hydroxide, and Ethylene glycol monobutyl ether. An eye wash station was not immediately available for use in the event of eye contact.
