29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer failed to provide a clean and sanitary condition for all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces: Compressor Room: On or about February 27, 2018, employees were exposed to slip and fall hazards, as there was oil residue on the walking surface abutting the engine #3 compressor pad after a recent overhaul.
