OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards: a) On or about 2/12/2018 - 2147 John Hawkins Parkway at the Highway 150 Bridge Project, an employee was struck by a tree trunk while cutting a section of the trunk on a sloped ground with a Husqvarna Chain Saw Model 365 X-Torq. The employee was back cutting at angles equal to the slope of the ground.
