29 CFR 1917.26(f): A U.S. Coast Guard approved 30-inch (76.2 cm) life ring, with at least 90 feet (27.43m) of line attached, was not available at readily accessible points at each waterside work area where the employees' work exposes them to the hazard of drowning: a) Oceanport LLC - On or about February 22, 2018, the employer failed to ensure life rings stationed on the pier had at least 90 feet of line attached.
