29 CFR 1926.62(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: a) Work site at 1314 Central Ave., Union City, NJ Lead surface contamination was found throughout the worksite to include levels of 2,900 micrograms (ug) on a bench to the left of the altar where an employee stored his backpack, 490 ug on a faucet handle in the restroom to the left of the altar and 3,400 ug on the sink faucet and spigot in a kitchen area to the right of the altar. Violation occurred on or about 2/15/18.
