29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. (a) On or about February 14th, 2018 and at times prior employees were exposed to a 16 foot fall hazard while replacing a sign face without the benefit of fall protection while working from a man basket of a vehicle mounted aerial lift in the vicinity of 1307 East Interchange Avenue in Bismarck, North Dakota.
