29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours. COMPANY-WIDE: On or about January 26, 2018, a CNA was injured while repositioning a resident. The CNA was transported to St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center and was subsequently admitted. The employer did not report the hospitalization until February 1, 2018, more than 24 hours from when they learned that the employee had been admitted.
