29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: On or about February 10, 2018, on the sixth floor of a commercial building where employees were exposed to an electrical shock hazard when installing 277 VAC ceiling lights without the electric power circuits being de-energized.
