29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): The employer is failing to protect employees from caught-between, caught-in, and struck-by hazards by not conducting frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite. This was most recently documented on or about January 30, 2018 near 16 Hawk Ridge Court, Lake Saint Louis, MO 63367. The employer did not ensure a program was implemented to conduct jobsite inspections to identify potential hazards and keep employees safe.
