29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(6): Unsecured ladder(s) were used on surfaces that were not stable and level: a - 2 & 4 Sablow Drive, Lakewood NJ: Company worksite employees were exposed to fall hazards when utilizing an aluminum extension ladder whose side rails were not set on stable or level surfaces and were visibly sinking into the ground beneath them. Condition observed on or about 02/05/18 NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
