29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces in the deli department of Winn Dixie Store #93 were maintained in a safe condition while conducting boil out procedure of the fryer: a. On or about February 2, 2018, at the Deli Department, the employer did not maintain the walking-working surface in a safe condition in that employees were allowed to work around an unprotected bucket of hot frying grease left on the walking/working area, exposing them to burn injuries.
