29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Fall protection systems were not rigged such that an employee can neither free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m), nor contact any lower level: a) 260 Main St., East Longmeadow, MA: On or about February 1, 2018, 2 employees were observed working on the roof of this residence, with their fall protection system set up in such a fashion that they would have struck the lower level (ground) if they fell the more than 12 feet to the ground below. Vivint Solar, Inc.) was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety 29 CFR 1926.502 (d) 16, which was contained in OSHA inspection number1091796, citation number 1, item number 1and was affirmed as a final order on 10/22/2015 with respect to a workplace located at 1 Pine St., Delmar, NY. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
