29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level: a) Jobsite, 23 Allegheny Avenue Oakmont, PA: On or about January 26, 2018, three employees where working on a partially sheathed floor at 9 feet in height and using 3 or 6 foot lanyards attached to a roof bracket at their feet to protect them from falling.
