29 CFR 1910.265(c)(18)(i): Construction, operation, and maintenance of conveyors were not in accordance with American National Standard B20.1-1957, which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6: a) Planner Mill, on or about and at times prior to January 24, 2018, the out feed deck conveyor did not have an emergency stop switch, cable along the length of the conveyor and/or disconnect switch, exposing employees to caught-in, crushing, and amputation hazards.
